Weekend in Vegas / What I’m Packing

Guys, I can’t even believe it. I leave for Vegas tonight! I have never been, and I am so excited to finally be going to the city I have heard so much about! Let’s hope it lives up to all the expectations I have.

I am going for a long weekend with my best friend and her family for a little pre- birthday celebration! Rachel and I have been wanting to go for awhile now, so we both are so happy it’s finally all happening!

I will be posting lots on Instagram, and Snapchat so make sure you’re following along on the adventure! And of course, I will be vlogging and snapping lots of photos for a travel guide once I get home! So be on the lookout for that to follow.

If you have a Vegas trip in your future, or even a long weekend away I hope this can guide you along!

Airport wear

Graphic tee, leggings and Birkenstocks. Our flight is at 9:30 tonight, so obviously I’m choosing the comfy route. I packed another comfy shirt for the plane ride home, and will re-wear these leggings! I always try to wear the easiest shoes to airports because security is such a pain! You don’t want to waste too much time by unzipping and zipping, or lacing.

2 Day outfits

So typically when you hear Vegas you automatically think night life. You don’t really think about all the things to do during the day, or what to wear for that matter. So I was struggling when shopping because I had no idea what the heck I wanted to bring! I was trying not to overpack for this trip, so decided on jeans and a lightweight sweater for one day, then a dress for the other!

2 Night outfits

This is the fun part! I am so excited to dress up and explore the night life of Vegas. We’re seeing Cirque De Soleil our first night, then going to Britney Saturday!

Make sure to come back to the blog next week for a whole trip re-cap! And if you have any recommendations of places we have to see let me know!
