This weekend Kaci and I did a little road trip to Austin, Texas! We both have been wanting to take a girls trip somewhere together and decided Austin would be the best place! Going to school at Texas State I have spent my fair share of time in Austin but will never turn down a weekend there.
We had a lot of things planned out that we wanted to do and see, but honestly there just wasn’t enough time. Austin is a BIG city and there’s so much to do, so you definitely can’t get it all done in just three days.
We got in around noon on Friday and headed straight to her grandpa’s (where we stayed) to freshen up and get ready for our photo shoot. We headed to the domain soon after to get lunch with our photographer and then spent a couple of hours shooting around the area! The Domain is my favorite place and it’s grown a ton over the past few years!
We had plans to go out that night but both were so tired from the day that we ended up just hanging out after dinner!
On Saturday we had a ton of content we needed to shoot so we did that in the morning and then headed to brunch at The Park. After brunch we did a little shopping and then went to St Genevieve located in The Domain. They had the BEST mimosa flight that came with 4 fresh juices that were amazing. Definitely recommend.
After a day of day of food shopping and drinking we headed out to dinner with her family and then finally made it out to Rainey Street.
It was such a fun weekend, and we already were talking about where we wanna go next!
