Whether you’re the bar type, or movie and pizza type, every girl loves a fun night in with their best friends. Fall is the best time for a fun girls weekend because there are so many things to do during this time of year. Pinterest and Instagram have endless activities, and recipes, to help with your fall girls night. But to make your life a little bit easier I came up with a few ideas and sharing some fun fall recipes!
Sometimes our everyday life can get in the way of time for ourselves. Between work, school and responsibilities “you time” may fall at the end of a very long to-do list. I am a sole advocate for self- care. Taking care of your mind and body is so important, and we sometimes push it to the side, deeming it unnecessary. We all can admit that life is just stressful. No matter who you are, or what you do everyone has those small times when they just need to lay down and forget the world.
We’ve all had those annoying sleepless nights where no matter what you do, you are just WIDE awake, and nothing will fix that. It’s so frustrating to feel so exhausted but somehow your body is not understanding that. I have always been one that struggles with getting enough sleep. No matter what time I went to sleep my body will wake me up before 7 am (so not fun on weekends) If you are that person who can sleep through a tornado, and sleep until 1 pm I am very jealous. Except there are a few perks to being a morning person.
Hi friends! Today I am happy to announce I am collaborating with the lovely Simone, and sharing a two-part series on all things workout motivation! So make sure to check out her post after reading this one, to read tips on keeping up with your workout routine!
By all means, I am no fitness expert, but I do have a few tips that helped me get back into shape and wanted to share them with you! Like I said in this post I recently started Kayla Itsine’s BBG program and have found a few tips on how I found the motivation to start working out again.
Always wish you had a signature drink that was super easy to make? Look no further, I am here sharing the easiest drink recipe you have ever made! Seriously, it’s so easy and only requires two kinds of alcohol.
So this past weekend my best friend Rachel, had a girls night to officially break in her new apartment. Of course, we looked to Pinterest for a cute drink recipe and stumbled upon the recipe I am sharing with you today!
Happy Labor Day weekend friends. Anyone have any fun plans going on this weekend? I hope it involves lots of fun in the sun and soaking up every last bit of this “summer” season before it is officially fall!
If you follow me on Instagram you know that I started Kayla Itsine’s Bikini Body Guides this week! I have already completed this program once before and totally loved it, but didn’t keep up with it after I reached the last workout. Life got in the way, and honestly I just got lazy.
Happy FriYAY beauties, I hope everyone has some awesome plans for this weekend! Right now I am actually on the way to the beach with a bunch of my family and I’m so excited for a nice relaxing day in the sun. What is everyone doing?!
So as promised I am giving you guys the scoop on my week without dairy! First, let me tell you this was NOT EASY! Going into this challenge I knew it would be challenging, but never did I think it would be so time-consuming, and honestly kind of depressing- HA. The number of times I had to turn down queso, or Marble Slab dates was heartbreaking.
