RESISTANCE BANDS

I just ordered these off Amazon this month, and already cannot live without them! They come with 4 different weight options for $19! Plus the colors are so cute. You can find so many YouTube band workouts if you need ideas! I love these to step up my current workouts.

JLAB EARBUDS

Yall, I used crappy Amazon Airpod knocks off for far too long! Once I switched over to the JLab Jbuds Air True Wireless earbuds there’s no going back! There’s honestly so many good wireless earbuds out there, but I really wanted something affordable. I debated getting the AirPod pros for a long time, but initially couldn’t get myself to pay $250 for headphones. I did a ton of research and decided on the Jlab pair. The sound quality is truly 10/10 (sounds like you’re at a concert) and does a great job of blocking out the outside world. They have a long-lasting battery life, and do not budge on my runs! For what I was looking for, they definitely check all the boxes.

YOGA MAT & HAND WEIGHTS

I know most of us are still working out at home, and a yoga mat is a must! I picked up my mat and weights online at Target, but weights are impossible to find right now! I tried to link a few different options. You will just have to keep an eye out for re-stocks!

PRE & POST WORKOUT DRINKS

PRE WORKOUT
It’s no secret, that I absolutely love Celsius! I share about them all the time, and it’s my favorite pre-workout drink! It’s loaded with vitamins, accelerates metabolism, burns body fat, has 0 sugar, and tastes great! FAVORITE FLAVORS: sparkling watermelon, sparkling kiwi guava, sparkling fuji apple pear, and non-carbonated peach mango green tea. 

DURING WORKOUT

POST WORKOUT
I’m fairly picky about protein, and couldn’t find a brand or flavor that I liked with water alone. Until… the clear whey protein from IdealFit! It’s different from the normal creamy protein shake, and comes in all sorts of fruity flavors! I have tropical dragonfruit, and it’s SO GOOD! It tastes like a healthier version of a Starbucks fruity refresher! Each scoop has 20 grams of protein, so you’re still getting just as much even though it tastes like a light summer drink! I really want to try it with a splash of lemonade too!

APPLE WATCH

This one is new to me – but has quickly become an essential for me! For the longest time, I was so anti-Apple watch, but as I started working out I started looking into it more and more! I love that I can track all my workouts, and get a better read on calories burned! It’s also fun and a big motivator that you can follow friends on it and see who is finishing workouts and closing their rings! I got the most basic one, and completely love it. I have the Series 3 38 mm without GPS or data!
